- Experience in a similar position
- Very good command of German
- English language skills a benefit
- Knowledgeable about wine
- Possess leadership qualities and organisational skills
- Serving our half board & à la carte guests
- Being able to work independently at your own station
- Create table plans
- To be responsible for all stations
- Wine service
- Organise and plan your work - Mise en Place
- Taking payment from guests
